The presence of Knox Community College in May Pen dates back to the mid
- 1980's. Throughout this period professional courses were offered on a part-time basis.
In 2002 the then Principal, Mrs. Hewitt-Buckle gave this satellite campus its permanents home on the property of the former Free Zone Factory site on Foga Road, Denbigh, Clarendon; Since 2007, the facilities on the complex are being shared with the new Foga Road High School, Factories Corporation as well as and the proposed Early Childhood Enhancement Center.
