The Mandeville campus started in 1992 to primarily serve as a computer canter and a career guidance and placement centre. This campus was opened with the intent of offering Job and Career Counseling and job Placement Service. This campus was therefore located in one of Mandeville's Shopping centre so as to be easily accessible to the public. Along with these services the campus also offered preparatory classes for high school graduates needing to re-sit CXC and GCE examination.

The Campus now answers the needs of the community by continuing to offer GCE and CXC preparatory classes, not only to re-sit students but also to Secondary School graduates who have not had the opportunity to sit their external examinations. It also offer the Associate Degree in Business Studies.

The Campus' doors remain open from 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. to welcome persons from the working community. These persons pursue one of the following courses: AAT-Foundation, Intermediate and Technician Stages, UWI Certificate Courses in Public Administration, Management Studies and Social Services, Information Technology (Modular Course), Small Business Management Courses and the Bachelor of Education Degree.
